Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before leaving: • Please place used linens, towels and kitchen towels in a bathroom tub or sink. • If many dishes were used, kindly start and load the dishwasher—soap is under the kitchen sink.
• Turn all lights off • Close & lock windows • Put blinds down in all the rooms • Return both thermostats to the original setting of 65 (winter months) & 75 (summer months).
• Take trash to the dumpster in the alley. • Leave garage remotes ($50 each) and the stroller ($100), • Lock all doors (front and back), and, message us once you’ve left.
