The place is ok at best. Check in was easy and the place is clean. Secured parking is a big plus. Amenities poor. USB ports don’t work. Bathroom outlet didn’t work. Workout room attached to laundry and the equipment was very low level.

From the get-go the setup was odd. We had to call a number to get a code to enter the hotel. There's no lobby area per say. There's no check in desk. Nothing like a normal hotel. When we went up the stairs to the second floor, as soon as we opened the door from the stairwell, there was a very strong odor. It smelled a bit like marijuana but very strong. It was all through the hallway. Our room was clean, but there were some issues. The wallpaper was peeling in some areas. There were staples holding together some of the baseboards in the bathroom. There were two spots in the floor that felt very soft when you stepped on them. It had an overall "rundown" feeling. Overall this hotel does not fit it's price tag. We had reserved 3 nights based on the photos & reviews but only stayed one night.

Room was clean. Staff were good. My room was on the traffic side so somewhat noisy in the morning. The door did not seal tight so I could hear people walking down the hallway. The bathroom lighted mirror and the adjustable table lamps were a nice touch. The pillows and bed were comfortable.

Clean and convenient, but not a deal

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this place. Everything is clean. Parking is easy. Bed is pretty comfortable. It’s quiet. Those are the good parts. The shower in our room this time was tiny and we are small people. It also was hard to adjust the temperature, it seemed like the “just right” temp occupied one millimeter of the dial. A few annoying minor things: only one coffee mug in the room, no bathmat, and the shower curtain didn’t keep all the water in the shower, so a potentially slippery wet floor. For the price, you get the basics, but I didn’t pay a basics rate this time. I’m not sure we will stay here again, the biggest draw for us is it’s a 5 min walk to a music venue we really enjoy.
