Very clean room. Good parking situation. Friendly and helpful staff. When I first arrived the heat was not working in my room. When I notified the front desk they came right up to check it out. They quickly decided to move me to a new room and all this was handled in short order.

Rooms were so reasonably priced, I was skeptical. However, the rooms were comfortable, clean, trendy decore, with friendly, helpful staff. The location was perfect, parking was easy and safe. Will stay again. Great boutique hotel!

The staff, location, and room were good. Only thing that made my stay poor from other hotels is the poor water pressure and the hot water takes forever and runs out quick. Also the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear conversations in the next room and upstairs. They have quiet hours from 10p-6a but some of the tenants lounged in the living area up until 2am. They were loud. And made it uncomfortable. Will definitely book a regular hotel next time. If you don’t care about none of that then the location is great and the rooms are clean.

First room had non-working heat and bed with extremely thin mattress. We were moved quickly and politely to room with functioning heat and much plusher (king) bed. Go for the king! Otherwise small rooms, nice lobby and patio. Good value.

Staff were nice, the room was good, and the location was quite convenient, but there were two major issues: - The hotel has serious noise issues due to extremely thin and unstable flooring. You can literally feel the whole building shaking when you walk in your room, and good luck sleeping if the person in the room above you is walking in their room. When I was staying at the hotel, there was also construction going on in the main street, which made it impossible to sleep past 7 AM. - The shower water never gets hot. They have actually put a notice next to the shower asking people to leave the water going for two minutes, claiming the water will eventually get hot, but in my experience, the water did not get hot even after 20 minutes. I ended up having to shower with borderline cold water.
