Herbst an der Nordsee

In der geräumigen und in einem sehr guten Zustand befindlichen Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der nach kurzem Fußweg erreichbare Deich war Ausgangspunkt zahlreicher Strandspaziergänge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale waren ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Tiefenentspannung pur!

Wir sind eine Woche in St. Peter-Bad gewesen. In der Wohnung haben wir uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten trotz 2-3 Tagen Regenwetter eine erholsame Zeit. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts. Einzig die Dusche könnte mal eine Spezialreinigung bekommen. Sonst wirklich alles top!

Erholsamer Urlaub trotz Nachteilen bei der Unterkunft

Wir hatten insges. 2 sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in SPO dank sehr gutem Wetter und haben das Appartement somit nur zum Übernachten und Frühstücken genutzt. Das Appartement besteht aus Wohnküche (Küchenzeile, Esstisch, Schlafsofa, TV, Balkon), innenliegendem kleinen Bad und Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite unmittelbar am Kreisverkehr. Dort herrscht ab ca. 7 Uhr recht reger Verkehr. Die Übergabe erfolgte beim Anbieter im örtlichen Büro aufgrund diverser Staus auf dem Reiseweg Samstags erst kurz vor Büroschließung, wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Leider war beim Betreten des Appartements der erste Eindruck aufgrund mangelnder Sauberkeit bereits getrübt. Alle Leuchten waren entweder mit Spinnweben oder einer dicken Staubschicht versehen, ebenso Dekoobjekte. Im Kühlschrank und in der Besteckschublade waren Brösel diverser Vorgänger vorhanden. Unter dem Bett befanden sich ebenfalls dicke dunkle Staubflocken. Durch die späte Anreise konnte der Anbieter erst montags auf unsere Reklamation reagieren und schickte sofort die Reinigungsfirma zur erneuten Reinigung, die leider nur unwesentlich Besserung brachte - wir haben daraufhin selbst Putzutensilien gekauft und nachgeputzt. Durch die Putzfima wurden zudem die Glühbirnen in der Badleuchte beschädigt, die uns dann beim Einschalten des Lichts zerplatzten und die Scherben ins Bad regneten. Darüber hinaus waren diverse Dinge im Appartement defekt: Spiegelbeleuchtung Bad ohne Lampenglas, offene Fassungen (zwar nur 12 Volt, sollte dennoch repariert werden). Der im Wohnzimmer neben der TV-Bank mit offenen Anschlüssen am Boden liegende Lichttrafo wurde durch den Elektriker des Anbieters entfernt. Der Balkon war ebenfalls nicht besonders sauber. Zu den Pluspunkten: + kurzer Weg zur Badestelle Bad und in den Ortsteil Bad mit zahlreichen Geschäften (Rad < 5 min) + Einstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder im Keller + Küchenausstattung gut (Spülmasch., Kaffeemasch., Wasserkocher, Toaster, Backofen und Mikrow.) + Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne + PKW-Stellplatz vor dem Haus Neutral: o keine Rollläden o.ä. zur Verdunkelung des Schlafzimmers vorhanden o das Reisebett für unser Kind passte im Schlafzimmer nur zwischen Schrank und Doppelbett und musste ins Wohnzimmer geräumt werden, um an den Schrank zu kommen o teilweise zu wenig Geschirr, Besteck erneuerungsbedürftig o Platz zu zweit ausreichend, mit Kleinkind insges. etwas zu beengt Fazit: leider keine Weiterempfehlung sondern Abwertung aufgrund mangelnder Sauberkeit
