DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!! IT IS A DANGEROUS SCAM!!! I booked it on 5/29/26 to arrive on 5/30/26. the booking was confirmed, I received all the confirmation details including address, code to checkin on 5/30/26. when I got there there were 4 men outside saying that they are staying here tonight and they booked it on 5/30/26 at 12pm (the day that I am checking in). I spoke with them and I showed them my confirmation and he said I have a reservation too and we are staying here tonight. after that he said all of us can stay here tonight, you can stay if you want, we can share (mind you I am a woman with my daughter). How can the property was still available online for rent on the same day that I am checking in, it makes no sense. I drove 4 hours to get there and couldn't stay at the place that I booked. I was still confused, I started to check text/email notification and I saw that I received a cancellation notification at 12:22pm on 5/30/26 (my checkin day). and the guy clearly told me that he booked it at 12pm on 5/30/26. - the guy told me that I can show you the text from the owner which he did. I asked him to call/text the owner so I can get some clarification and he told me I am not allowed.- So I called the host number on the reservation and the person that answered said THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I AM RECEIVING CALL ABOUT THIS PROPERTY TO COMPLAIN AND SHE SAID I AM NOT ASSOCIATED WITH VRBO YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER.THIS PROPERTY IS A TOTAL DANGEROUS SCAM!!

This was very reasonably priced and our kids loved the fenced in yard with the sand in it. The AC worked well which was important to my husband and the house was stocked with the necessities to stay! I would book again

Host cancelled reservation via message, then didn’t follow through with vrbo and suddenly contacted us on would-be check in date to say they were charging us for stay. They then sent message saying they’d refund, but never followed up with vrbo. Vrbo will not refund without talking to host who now refuses their calls. Vrbo refuses to make this right. Currently contesting this through credit card.

Great property and location. Close to beach, easy to bike to or catch the sunrunner to beach. My family had lots of fun in this home. Lots of room in the fenced in yard for our dogs to play all day, so happy we got to bring them with us. They had beach umbrellas and chairs we took the beach for a fun day at st. Pete! Gulfport is close by with lots of restaurants and artist shops. This home was clean and had everything we needed to make sure we had a lovely stay. The host is quick to respond and gave us great recommendations for places to visit in the area.
