Spend the morning with your toes in the sand, come home for a pickleball match or some friendly competition on the putting green, then finish the evening relaxing in your private hot tub under the string lights.
This private 3-bedroom home is tucked away in Bay Pines, giving you a comfortable place to relax while keeping you close to the beaches, John's Pass, restaurants, shopping, parks and everything that makes this part of Florida special.
Whether you're coming for a couples' getaway, vacation with friends, family trip, visit with relatives, extended stay or simply a few days near the Gulf, make yourself at home and enjoy the property at your own pace.
THE HOME
Inside you'll find a bright, comfortable space with plenty of room to settle in.
The living room has a large sectional where everyone can spread out for a movie, watch the game or relax after a day at the beach. We've also provided games, playing cards, puzzles and more for nights in and those occasional Florida rainy days.
The living, dining and kitchen spaces flow together, making it easy to spend time together without feeling crowded.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and dining, whether you're making breakfast before heading to the beach, packing lunches for a day out or enjoying dinner at home.
You'll find cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils and everyday kitchen essentials. The dining area is great for meals and doubles nicely for cards, games and puzzles.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The home has three separate bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed plus a dedicated workspace
Bedroom 3: Twin bed
Fresh linens and towels are provided for your stay.
PRIVATE HOT TUB
After a day at the beach or exploring the area, come home and unwind in your private hot tub beneath the pergola and string lights.
The hot tub is exclusively for vacation-rental guests and is not shared with anyone else on the property.
PICKLEBALL AND PUTTING GREEN
You don't have to leave the house to find something fun to do.
Grab a paddle for a pickleball match or practice your short game on the private putting green. Whether you're competitive or just playing around, both are an easy way to have some fun between trips to the beach.
Pickleball equipment, putters and golf balls are provided for guest use.
SCREENED FLORIDA ROOM
The screened Florida room is one of our favorite places to slow down.
Enjoy your morning coffee outside without sitting directly in the sun, read a book, play cards, relax in the evening or watch one of Florida's quick afternoon rain showers from under cover.
BEACH DAYS MADE EASIER
Madeira Beach is approximately 4 minutes away, making it easy to spend an entire day along the Gulf or head over for just a couple of hours.
Beach equipment is provided and conveniently stored on the screened lanai, so there's no need to fill your vehicle with bulky beach gear from home. Grab what you need, head to the Gulf and return it when you're finished.
PLENTY TO DO AT HOME
Not every vacation day needs an itinerary.
Between the private hot tub, pickleball, putting green, games, cards, puzzles, screened Florida room and outdoor space, there's plenty to enjoy without getting in the car.
Spend the afternoon outside, order dinner, play a game and end the night in the hot tub.
Or do absolutely nothing. You're on vacation.
TRAVELING WITH BABIES OR YOUNG CHILDREN?
The home is meant to be enjoyed by guests of all ages, but we've also put extra thought into making travel with little ones easier.
Available baby and children's items include:

Baby bath
Children's dinnerware
Games and puzzles
Additional baby and toddler essentials
Because these items can be bulky, we keep them clean and stored away when they're not needed so guests traveling without children can enjoy an uncluttered home.
If you're traveling with a baby or young children, simply message us before arrival with what you'll need. We'll take the requested equipment out of storage and have it ready and properly set up when you arrive.
Hopefully that's a few less things you have to pack!
WORKING WHILE YOU'RE HERE?
We certainly hope you don't have to, but if you do, Bedroom 2 and the living room both have a dedicated workspace where you can plug in and take care of what you need.
Then close the laptop and get back to vacation.
EASY SELF CHECK-IN
Arrival is simple and contactless.
Before your stay, you'll receive a unique entry code for the home. There's no need to coordinate keys or arrange an in-person meeting.
Once check-in time begins, arrive whenever it's convenient for you. Your personal code will remain active throughout your reservation and automatically expire after checkout.
PARKING
The property has a long driveway with plenty of room for guest parking. Up to 4 guest vehicles can be accommodated on-site.
LOCAL HOST
I'm a lifelong Bay Pines local and live right here in the neighborhood.
You'll have your privacy throughout your stay, but I'm only a message or call away if you need anything. I'm also happy to help with local recommendations, whether you're looking for a beach, restaurant or something fun to do nearby.
THE LOCATION
One of the things we love about this location is being able to enjoy the Gulf Beaches without staying directly in the middle of the busy beach strip.
Madeira Beach is only about 4 minutes away, with John's Pass, Redington Beach, Indian Shores, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach and other Gulf Coast communities within easy reach.
You'll find waterfront restaurants, casual beach spots, fishing, boating, dolphin cruises, watersports, shopping and beautiful Gulf sunsets nearby.
JOHN'S PASS
John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is just a short drive from the house and is one of the area's most popular places for waterfront dining, shopping, boat tours, dolphin cruises, fishing excursions and watersports.
Spend the afternoon exploring, stay for dinner and catch a Gulf sunset before heading home.
EXPLORE MORE
The location also makes it easy to experience more of Pinellas County.
Head south toward Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach, spend a day exploring downtown St. Petersburg and its waterfront, visit one of our parks or nature preserves, or head slightly north toward Belleair & Clearwater Beaches.
There's plenty to do when you want it and a hot tub waiting at home when you don't.
A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
We want you to know exactly what to expect when you arrive.
You'll have private access to the entire main home and all designated vacation-rental amenities.
There is a completely separate residential unit at the rear of the property, attached to the garage, occupied by a quiet long-term couple with their own private living space.
They do not share the vacation home and do not use the backyard, hot tub, pickleball area, putting green or other guest amenities. Those spaces are exclusively for vacation-rental guests during your stay.
The garage is locked and reserved for owner, maintenance and storage use and is not included with the rental.
There is also an unoccupied RV parked on the property. It is not part of the vacation rental or available for guest use.
QUIET HOURS
The home is in a residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM.
SMOKING AND PETS
The home is smoke-free, and smoking or vaping is not permitted inside. If you choose to smoke, please do so outdoors away from open doors and windows and properly dispose of all cigarette butts.
This is also a pet-free property, and pets are not permitted.
SIMPLE CHECKOUT
We don't believe the last morning of your vacation should involve cleaning someone else's house.
There's no long chore list waiting for you.
Simply gather your belongings, return any beach and recreational equipment you've used, dispose of trash as instructed and leave the home reasonably tidy.
We'll handle the cleaning from there.
MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME
Some mornings might start with coffee on the screened lanai before heading to Madeira Beach. Some afternoons might turn into an unexpectedly competitive pickleball match. Some evenings might mean dinner out and a Gulf sunset, while others might end with takeout, games and a long soak in the hot tub.
Come as a couple. Bring your friends. Bring the family. Visit people you love. Escape the cold. Work from Florida for a while. Celebrate something special. Or simply come because you could use a few days near the water.
