Enjoy watching wildlife and a daily boat parade. Newly updated with coastal decor and comfy furniture. Largest pool on the beach and free boat slips are available. BBQ grills are also available.
The Space:
This unit was not damaged during the hurricanes. However, The lower level units and the pool did sustain damages. Pool and lower unit repairs are underway. Construction activites should be expected during working hours. Ask about local discounts for displaced residents and contractors discounts.
This is a small studio apartment. Approximately 325 sq ft. The unit is clean and comfortable with recent painting and some new furniture. Although the interior may be small, it is perfect for a couples retreat or small family getaway.
The Neighborhood:
Indian Shores is the hidden secret of the Pinellas Beaches. We are close enough to the action for a short drive or Uber, but far enough away to get the peace and relaxation you are looking for. Here is a list of Attractions and travel times:
