Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, beach cruisers and so much more. Washer/dryer. Fully stocked kitchen.The back yard is fence in and small grass area for pets. Driveway is long enough to bring your boat. (Small pets are welcome) 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to Johns pass and many other shops and restaurants.
