Lauantaista lauantaihin vuokra sesongin aikana.

TÀmÀ huoneisto sijaitsee Beach Palms Condominiumsissa, joka sijaitsee suoraan Meksikonlahdella Indian Shoresissa, Florida. Condo on etelÀÀn nÀkymÀ rannalle ja vedelle. Rantapalmujen tiedetÀÀn olevan kauniisti hoidettu. SiinÀ on suuri lahden puolella lÀmmitetty uima-allas. Kaksi uutta Weber-grilliÀ sijaitsevat uima-altaalla ja ovat asiakkaiden kÀytettÀvissÀ.

Makuuhuoneessa on nÀkymÀ lahdelle sekÀ oma kylpyhuone, vaatehuone ja king-size-vuode. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistÀ vuodetta. Kaikissa huoneissa on kattotuuletin sekÀ 32 tuuman taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Perhehuoneessa on 42 "taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin ja stereo- / CD-soitin. Keittiö on tÀysin varustettu. TÀysikokoinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu on saatavana yksikön sisÀllÀ. Laitteessa on myös ilmainen langaton Internet.

Huoneistossa on paljon lisÀominaisuuksia, kuten Keurig-kone, syöttötuoli, pack-n-play, rantatuoleja / sateenvarjo, rantaleluja ja jÀÀhdytin. Tuolit ja sateenvarjot ovat vuokrattavissa rannalla pÀivittÀin tai viikoittain.

Kaksi hissiÀ sijaitsee rakennuksen sisÀllÀ; TÀten toisen kerroksen huoneistoon pÀÀsyÀ varten ei tarvita portaita. TÀmÀ tekee myös helpon kÀvelymatkan rannalle. LÀnsihissien vieressÀ on osoitettu, katettu parkkipaikka.

TÀmÀ ylellinen huoneisto sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla, lÀhellÀ monia paikallisia ravintoloita ja nÀhtÀvyyksiÀ. NÀhtÀvyyksiin kuuluvat Splash Harborin vesipuisto, lautta Egmont Keyen, John's Pass, Salvador Dalin museo, Clearwaterin akvaario, joka talvella Dolphin-taloon, outlet-ostospaikat (Tampa ja Ellenton), Disney, Busch Gardens, Tampa-akvaario ja Hard Rock-kasino. LisÀksi lapset rakastavat kapteenin Memon merirosvo-risteilyÀ ja putt-putt-golfia. Rantajoogatunnit ovat myös lÀhellÀ. Vaunu pysÀhtyy rakennuksen edessÀ ja kulkee Clearwaterista St. Pete.

We had an amazing stay! The host was very proactive and communicative. The property was as described and pictured. It was very well kept, well provisioned and very clean and comfortable. The availability of beach towels, chairs and toys was a huge plus for a traveling family. The common areas (pool, beach access, grills, bathrooms) are all very conveniently located, clean and well maintained. You need not look any further

We had a great stay as a family of 5. The condo was extremely clean and well kept. All the beach chairs, towels and toys made it nice to have without needing to bring or get ourselves while there. It's a great location by the complex pool and steps from the beach with a great view off the balcony as well! The location is nice away from the more crowded Clearwater Beach area but still close enough to drive in for the day if you want.

We had a great stay! The condo and amenities are lovely, as pictured. The pool is notably warm (warm enough to walk right in with young children). It was great to have beach chairs and toys, as well as a good high chair and pack and play for our toddler. Also great to have an elevator. There is no damage from the hurricane a few years back. The property is in great shape.

The experience was outstanding! So good that we rebooked already for an additional week next year. The area can't be beat compared to the other areas on the shoreline. The view from this unit is great. The owners kept in contact during our stay even though it wasn't necessary. Everything you would need in the kitchen and for the beach was supplied. The condo was very clean with terrific facilities. Everything is updated. Did I mention the cleanliness, great appliances, and very well equipped kitchen(my wife wanted to make that clear, she was thrilled.) We have been staying in different units in both Beach Palms and other buildings as well as visiting friends that rented elsewhere, none of them are as impressive as this. We will no longer be hunting for a different place to stay each February as long as we can continue to book this unit. Thanks, Jamie

Wonderful stay!

Despite arriving during a tropical storm, we had a great time! The condo was cozy and comfortable, fully stocked! Jamie advised of the dryer not working prior to arrival but had the issue resolved quickly! She was very communicative and responsive! Overall a great place to stay!

One week of summer fun

The place was very well. Kept all the supplies you needed for the beach and for the pool wonderful owners had a little problem with AC. They fixed it right away overall it was beautiful quiet nice relaxing access to everything. We needed wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Perfect location on the beach. The only things we found a little confusing were, the pool you see off the balcony does not belong to Beach Palms (the pool for this condo is on the other side of the building), and the pier you can see in the pics is private for the condos next door. Neither things were really an issue, just things I didn’t realize before arriving. The condo was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. This place is 10 out of 10, 5 stars, chef’s kiss, would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it for your next vacation!

Family Trip

We had a great stay - loved all the ammenities in the condo (beach towels/chairs/toys). Communication with the owners was great - they were able to provide suggestions for our trip and checked in multiple times to ensure we were enjoying our stay. They communicated in advance on items that had been repaired that morning prior to our check-in. Great pool area - lacks shade but there are places to put up umbrellas (provided by owner).

Perfect place

Very nice condo with close access to beach and pool. Made it very easy with 2 little ones ages 1 & 3. The pool was a nice size with plenty of lounge chairs. This unit had everything we needed for the kids including a pack n play, high chair and plenty of sand toys. Beach towels and chairs were a plus. Would definitely stay here again. Great beach condo!!

Our stay was so enjoyable! Checkin was super easy, directions were clear, house was spotless and well stocked, and the view was great. We loved our vacation. We enjoyed the pool and grills. The beach chairs and umbrella were great to have for use on the beach. I highly recommend. We enjoyed Doc Ford’s restaurant and Crabbies on the Pass for meals out. Smuggler’s Cove was a fun putt putt place.

Beautiful condo

This condo was clean, comfortable and very updated. We’ve stayed in several in the area and we liked this one the most. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the whole place was updated. Pool was really warm (we had a few cooler days and the kids were still able to enjoy the pool). Would definitely stay again!

we enjoyed our time at this condo. The only thing we didn't like was the keys. We had to have a key for the elevator and to get to the pool and beach. I understand its for safety. But was a hassle if we all didn't go at the same time. I will have to say this wouldn't keep me from coming back to this condo. Wonderful stay at Beach Palms

This was a wonderful property and we will absolutely consider staying again when we are in the area. The unit itself was in great shape, very clean and modern. All of the basics were provided along with many extras - kitchen equipment was well stocked, towels and linens, beach supplies (chairs, toys, towels, etc). We loved the location and the proximity to the beach.

Immaculate condo!

We had an incredible stay in Gulf Shores! This condo is immaculate and well stocked. I was very impressed with the communication from the owner. When we arrived, the refrigerator wasn't working. She immediately had a service technician come to fix the fridge, and a new refrigerator was delivered the next day. I can't say enough wonderful things about this property!

Great Stay!

This property was clean, roomy and had everything needed for a week on the beach. The owner was great to work with and communication was excellent. The pool was clean and never felt crowded and it was a short walk from the pool to the beach. We would definitely look into this property again if visiting the area.

Condo was perfect! Pool and beach were awesome. A few more bath towels would make for less laundry and plastic dishes for kids would be great. No complaints, everything was great!
