The room was very comfortable and clean (we loved the pillows and even asked the lady at the desk where they get them from). The hotel was right across from a dunkin donuts and a bakery type place which was great for getting my coffee. Staff was polite and cordial.

Too Many Roaches

There were so many roaches in the room. I know it’s Florida and there are going to be bugs. But, when you see them crawling on the floor going in and out from under the bed, in the cups on the counter, in the trash cans, and on the walls…it’s too much. I left my bags on the bed, slept with the lights on, and made sure nothing was on the floor. I was only there for one night. The people working at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating.

When we went to Check in they told us we did not have a reservation. Said Travelocity issue!!! We were able to get a room (not the room I originally booked and paid for) Thankfully they changed our room the following day…. But was super inconvienent!
