Downtown Dunedin Walking District

Located in the heart of Downtown Dunedin. The best of everything! New construction offers convenience, quality and security for a wonderful experience. Full-sized gourmet kitchen with granite counters, and stainless appliances, spa-like large bathrooms, full-size washer and dryer and top of the line furnishings will ensure a visit that will make return visits something you will want to do regularly. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and double vanities. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The living room and both bedrooms have new televisions and Direct TV, Netflix and Prime. High-speed internet access is included and the unit has individually controlled central heat and air conditioning as well as ceiling fans throughout. This condo is located on the second floor of a mixed use commercial building and has two retail shops downstairs. We love the shops and think you will enjoy them, too. One is a ladies' clothing store and the other features unique home decor. Walk this quaint community filled with the best restaurants, local breweries and bars, and enjoy live entertainment. Visit the marina, walk or bike the Pinellas Trail, enjoy Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands Beach, shop the locally owned retail businesses and galleries and see why Dunedin is consistently touted as one of the best walking communities, places to retire, and cities in Florida. There is no better place to experience Dunedin for a quick getaway, snowbird retreat or as a festival destination. You'll enjoy what our community has to offer year round and be impressed with the lively streets during 2nd Friday Night on the Town, Weekend Farmers Market, Mardi Gras, St. Paddy's Day, Cinco de Mayo and Wines the Blues. A secure private residential entrance with elevator makes coming and going easy. Relax and know that we've thought of everything to make your stay memorable and stress free.

Perfectly Elegant

The apartment was spacious and beautifully appointed. You could hear some noise from the restaurants nearby but everything was quiet by 11. Considering everything that is right outside the door that is saying something. Christine was a sweetheart, access to the apartment was effortless, and I felt like she was available without hovering. I can't wait to stay here again.

Perfect in every way

Have just completed a two week stay at this well-appointed, spacious and perfectly located downtown Dunedin condo. The hosts have truly thought of everything, and our stay was so comfortable! Literally in the heart of downtown - a car is unnecessary as everything is within walking distance - and Uber is everywhere. Loved it so much we immediately booked for next year!

Think the title says it all. Very secure and landlord on site to answer all your questions. Probably shouldn’t give a great review because it will be more difficult to book but I got to be honest. Best place we have ever rented in Florida by far

Downtown Dunedin gem!

We had a great stay at this property! Check in process was smooth, unit was meticulously clean, and the host was very accommodating. We especially loved the special touch of a wine bucket and champagne glasses being left on the counter after we inquired if there were any. Additionally, the location and convenience this condo offers cannot be beat! Thank you!

Downtown delight

Adorable Apartment

The owner was very nice to work with as we had some unfortunate circumstances to deal with. The apartment was very nice, tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Charming Downtown Condo

What a wonderful experience! This condo is in a perfect location. Christine and Jorge were very welcoming hosts. They ensured we understood where to park and how to access the property, well in advance of our arrival. Jorge greeted us at the door and was available to answer any questions we may have. Christine was so kind in offering multiple suggestions for dinner. The condo was spotlessly clean with the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms were large with high-end touches. The open concept kitchen and greatroom offered plenty of space for everyone to unwind. We especially enjoyed relaxing out on the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay in beautiful Dunedin. We look forward to visiting again for a longer duration. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!

Perfect Location, Superb Property!

Living in the area already, we were doing a little staycation for our anniversary. Needless to say we found the absolute perfect place to stay! Right in the heart of downtown Dunedin, this unit had everything…updated throughout the whole place, plenty of towels, coffee, stocked cabinets, you name it. The check in process was also very easy. They came out when we arrived to show us how to make sure the doors were locked each time we left. The place is definitely very secure, which was a great feeling. We didn’t have to get in our car the whole weekend, as anything we wanted was within walking distance. Next time we go to Dunedin and need a place to stay this is the first property we will look up!

Luxury in Downtown Dunedin

We had a delightful stay. Everything you would find at home was here, kitchen supplies, paper towels, toilet tissues, tissues, towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, etc. The beds were comfortable, the pillows. The bathrooms were luxurious, the living room comfy. It is clean, clean, clean. The owners are very gracious. We could walk downstairs to eat at numerous restaurants, stroll the shops, have a drink. The local beaches are lovely, Honeymoon Island, our favorite, Clearwater Beach.
