The host gave me some of the important entry information hours after we arrived. The chairs on the balcony facing the Gulf are falling apart, all the fasteners are loose; we almost had an accident with the chair breaking apart. The metal beach chairs are also stored on the balcony and my sister did fall on the beach when the chair broke beneath her. The toilet flush mechanism in the guest bathroom is corroded and difficult to access to flush. All the beds were old mattresses and uncomfortable. We had ants everywhere. Areas of the condo where there was old water damage weren’t repaired well. Just an old, uncared for condo with a world class view. We’ve spent many years vacationing in FL, specifically the Indian Rocks Beach Area, Marco Island, and Ft Meyers Beach area, and this was the least acceptable condo we’ve rented so far.

Great stay! Condo meet expectations. Great space and beach accesss. The two balconies always provided a shady spot to relax. There were enough supplies to start our week (TP, soap, etc). The manager was very responsive. The small building complex was quiet and so was the pool space. Furnishings were comfortable and the kitcehn was very functional. Would stay again. Lovely area and beautiful beach plus close to Clearwater fun and St. Pete culture.

West Coast Vista 3A is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach in Indian Rocks Beach! We've been coming to this area for 10 years and this condo is one of the best we've ever had! Everything was just as advertised and the hosts were very responsive when a minor leak was discovered. We saw so much wildlife, just from our condo balcony (Pelican being saved from fishing line, numerous dolphins making their daily trek and some even jumping out of the water, seemingly playing)! We would absolutely love to return to the West Coast Vista condo, again! Thank you to the hosts!!

Perfect location on the beach. Easy access to the best beach we’ve ever visited. Perfect sand and warm water. Easy contact with the owner and check inn was smooth. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pool arrest and lack of a good barbecue-grill. The pool is rather small and crowded and the pooldeck is not well maintained. Thad was a property issue and not due to this apartment. The apartment is well equipped, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Good aircon and beautiful view to the Gulf. A new dinningtable on the balcony would be a nice update.

Relaxing Time Away

We loved the balconies to both the beach and the narrows and enjoyed having space to spread out. The small complex is nice and quiet and having the elevator go straight up to the door to the condo was a nice bonus. It was our first time in this area and we enjoyed the laid back, relaxing, uncrowded atmosphere! We also enjoyed some amazing sunsets!!!

Beach getaway

It was a perfect beach week! The condo was super clean and cozy. We were able to watch the sun rise and set on the 2 balconies. The host was quick to answer questions and we loved all their suggestions for local food!

We had a great trip- beach has recovered well from the hurricane, and the area around the pool was nicely redone. We always love getting grouper from the local fish market and going to yellow banks grove for the tangerine ice cream.

Great Vacation

If you are looking for a wonderful beach vacation, this is a fantastic choice! The location is perfect. We lived being able to lol out at the booth the ocean and intercostal and see rays, dolphins, and manatees. A very convenient location for good restaurants too! Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Grand time w/Parents, Children, Grandchildren

Our second year at this family friendly, wonderful location was magical. This space is layed out so well, with grandchildren in the middle bedroom. We began our days watching the sun rise on our east facing balcony overlooking the inner/coastal canal. The majority of the was spent going back and forth from beach to pool. We would wind down around 4pm with frozen smoothies, showers and dinner (at home or at one of the many casual local restaurants. We would conclude our days watching the sun set on the west facing balcony. Excellent food nearby at a 1/2 dozen restaurants.We also spent one morning visiting a free nature park, feeding turtles and at their playground that had a modified zip line. We also viewed their owls, falcons, an eagle, and snakes.Lots of time spent memory making in our very comfortable condo that is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of bath and beach towels, and extra bedroom linen.We hope to return next year!

Great family vacation

Our family stayed a week here! We had a great time! Watching the sunrise then the sunset from each side was super nice! Peter the host replied to our messages right away when needed! At first the pool wasn’t heated and was very cold but he sent someone to fix it and the second half of our vacation the kids swam in it and had a great time! We came for the beach so we spent a lot of time on the beach! The condo was spacious and had all the supplies needed. My son fished a lot across street and caught some fish! Would go back again!
