Absolutely Beautiful
Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The unit was absolutely beautiful, clean and one of the best places we've stayed in. The owners were a pleasure to work with and easily contacted if needed. I would definitely recommend this unit for a great vacation

Perfect Vacation Location, Outstanding Water Views
My wife and I rented the property for 3 months while we were house hunting. It was the perfect location with great canal water views and St Pete Beach across the canal. We enjoyed sitting out on the expansive balcony watching sailboats, fishermen, dolphins and the spectacular sunsets. The condo was furnished and clean. It had all the amenities we desired which made our stay most enjoyable. It was very relaxing place to come to after time at the beach and house hunting . It was also a good base for sightseeing. It was about a 15 minute drive to downtown to great restaurants and the St Pete Pier. Fort DeSoto Park with it’s own beach was about a 10 minute drive. Clearwater Beach and Anna Maria Beach were about a 40 minute drive. It was the perfect place for a vacation and house hunting base.

Wonderful Stay
The unit was spotless upon check-in. We had a couple of dumb questions such as ‘where is the switch for the living room ceiling fan’ (to the right of the slider) and ‘why can’t I open the slider in the bedroom’ (just needed a good tug & lubricant) - but Joe was quick to respond. The unit is exceptionally well equipped and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great where we enjoyed watching dolphins & boats. We happen to be here during ‘Shelter in Place’ due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Thanks to the grounds being so beautiful and walkable plus other residents & guests being responsible & conscience- we were perfectly comfortable and felt very safe. We will definitely be returning

Property was clean well stocked and beautifully decorated.
Loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and pelicans! Great location close to everything. Great place to walk. Surrounding area beautiful with palms and fountains. Loved it!!
