There are two newly remodeled baths, a large fully furnished kitchen, dining area with a table for 8 and two family rooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a new 14 inch queen size Casper mattress. In the second family room there is a queen sleeper sofa. The bathrooms have subway tile, marble counter tops and rainforest shower heads. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher. Wifi Internet provided. There is a new smart flat screen TV in each family room. There is also a flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Everything in the unit is contemporary, the beds are super comfortable and it is sparkling clean, bright and airy.

There is a heated pool serving only 7 units in the complex.
