Oceanway Sunset Beach -huoneisto

Tule nauttimaan parhaasta ranta-elämästäsi! Nauti tästä suorasta rannan edestä Persianlahden kattohuoneistossa, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät rannalle, merelle ja auringonlaskuille. Yksikössä on 2 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta ja riittävästi vuodepaikkoja 6: lle. Luo ateriasi täysin varustetussa keittiössä. Rakennettu vuonna 2004, hissi ja portaat sekä vieraspysäköinti (kaksi paikkaa) käytettävissä rakennuksen alla. Huoneisto on täysin savuton (sisällä, ulkopuolella parvekkeella ja uima-altaalla). Uudessa omistuksessa marraskuusta 2018 alkaen.

Nauti aamukahvili näkymistä valkoiselle hiekkarannalle ja kuohuviinille Persianlahden vesille ja lopeta ilta kauniilla auringonlaskulla. Tämä on yksityinen loma keidas. Rentoudu lämmitetyllä uima-altaalla ja porealtaalla tai kävele suoraan rannalle. Huoneisto on lähellä kaikkea mitä tarvitset tai haluat. Ostokset, ruokailu, ruokakaupat, viihde, puistot ja polut ovat kaikki vain sekunnin tai minuutin päässä. Rentoudu tässä yksityisessä johtotason kodissa mukavuuksiesi ja mukavuuksien kanssa, joita voit odottaa.

We (my kids and I) loved staying right on the beach. Beautiful condo with an amazing view. Located near local restaurants that are walking distance. The owners helped us when our travel got disrupted with the severe storms out of Phoenix last week. Looking forward to visiting again

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our trip to Indian Rocks Beach. The view of the beach, gulf and sunsets is amazing. The location is perfect for day trips to Clearwater, St. Pete's, Passe-Grille and Tampa. We've stayed in a lot of places in Florida and this is my new favorite. The pool area was well maintained and often empty which was a perk.We appreciated so many things that other places cheap out on - comfy beds, abundance of beach towels, sharp knives (not usual from out experience) etc. We plan to return and to anyone who is looking, this is a great place to stay.

I spent 3 wonderful weeks in this beautiful beach condo. The condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The owner is very responsive and focused on providing a great experience for his renters. I especially appreciated the large balcony watching dolphins in the morning and incredible sunsets in the evening. I’ve been vacationing in this area for the past 36 years and this property is one of the best! If you’re looking for relaxation, gorgeous sunsets, quiet/clean beaches, close restaurants and a very clean, comfortable condo, I highly recommend this unit. I plan on renting again next year!

A nice place to stay

This condo has everything you need and the location is terrific. The view of the beach and sunsets from the balcony is fantastic! Being able to park under the building is a feature to appreciate when it rains, or on hot, sunny days. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Oceanway condo. The condo is incredibly well stocked with all the household items you may need. Cleaning supplies paper towels etc. plenty of sheets and towels. Storage closet in the parking garage was convenient for beach toys. Very clean and comfortable condo.

Another Perfect Visit

This was a repeat visit for our family and it again, held or exceeded expectations. The location and view of the Gulf couldn’t be better, with short walks to many great area restaurants. The property itself is extremely convenient with clear access instructions and easy parking. Needless to say, as the pictures show, the view of the beach and Gulf is spectacular and the set up of the condo fit our family perfectly. Thanks to the owners for allowing visitors and we look forward to our next stay.

IRB Spring Break 2025

Had a great time in IRB at the Oceanway. Views were amazing. Condo was super clean with a great location. I do wish the facility had recycling service and maybe a luggage rack in the garage. Other than that A. Would return again.

Perfect vacation

Stayed here for one week in March. Condo was clean, and stocked with everything you could need. Saw great sunsets from here. Very close to the beach. This is a quiet and comfortable area. Highly recommend.

We Would Stay Here Again

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. We found the condo to be exceptionally clean when we arrived and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to keep the condo clean, entertain guests, and cook meals both inside and outside on the propane grills by the pool. The appliances, refrigerator, dishwater, air fryer and the Keurig Coffee maker are all very new. We found all the beds to be very comfortable, as was the furniture in the living which can easily accommodate six individuals. Also, the TV in the Living Room is huge and it was great watching the beginning of March Madness on it. There is also a TV in the cabinet of the Master Bedroom. To cap it off, watching the sunset over the gulf everyday from the condo’s balcony was wonderful every day of our stay.As for the property amenities, the beach chair and beach towels provided by the owner are top notch, and the heated pool, hot tub, and two grills next to the pool were very well maintained during our stay. Parking was also very easy for both ourselves and for visiting guests. A very good stay!

Property was in a great location. Property was a bit grimy. Disposal didn't work well, because there was an oven mitt in it! Gross! Cleaning crew needs to step up. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

We stayed at this lovely condo post hurricane and everything was perfect-pool working, beach was great, and no damage to the unit at all. The owners were great at communicating throughout the entire process.

Great time at Oceanway Sunset Beach Condo

Great view, clean and spacious, well stocked kitchen, plenty of bath & beach towels. Ice maker was nice to have. Beach closet in the garage was well stocked with chairs, floats umbrella etc. Pool Shower did not work and we were told unfortunately previous renters had abused the water by hooking up hoses and wasting water, there is a shower before entering the pool area. Grills were very rusted out, my husband put parts from both to make one work, we notified the owner and by the next afternoon two brand new grills were delivered (Thanks again). Getting to the beach from the property or from next door public beach access looks from the pictures like you walk right onto the beach...just note you will need to make your way down and climb up the sand dunes, not a terrible problem but had both hips replaced last year so at times it was challenging, just something to keep in mind. Quick walk to a mini mart if you need anything. Owner was prompt with replies before and during our vacation. Great property for couples or families. Side note: We visited Honeymoon Beach and took the ferry over to Caladesi Island. We went on the first ferry of the day....So beautiful and the shelling was amazing!

Wonderful Stay
