This great condo offers a split bedroom plan with the larger guest room boasting 2 Full beds and a flat screen TV while the smaller bedroom has 2 Twin beds and currently a small flat screen TV. The guest bath, also remodeled features a tub & shower combo.

For your convenience, the kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances in addition to the essentials such as a toaster, dishes, cooking utensils & lots more. Our Pinellas County beaches also offer a Trolley Service that has a pickup right out front as well as stops along Gulf Boulevard furnishing you access to the many local treasures we have to offer all day and late into the evening for minimal costs. If you have a vehicle there is a reserved parking space under the garage as well as guest spaces out front for your convenience.
