Where to startFirst, the waitress and bellhop were extremely great!As far as the remaining experience…Cute idea, horrible food at SkyView, nasty walkway leading to (1st!) room (glass shards and so much more), human hair all over the actual room on counter, toilet and floor, toilet bolt broke when cover was lifted, (2nd) room, hair ALL over the bed-under comforter and sheets, stains on mattress cover with soooooo much more hair and room smelled like curdled, moldy cheese.All we wanted was new sheets in the second room and the gal working literally said that since they do not think they will make us happy, we could leave. It was 9pm at that time and we had to catch our plane that next morning. Rude desk staff that nightFunny how managers aren’t available when you ask but then they miraculously are available when they want them to be.

It was just what we needed for the limited time we were able to get away. The property and grounds are beautiful and well taken care of, with some wonderful trees and landscaping. We really enjoyed beginning our days by grabbing some breakfast and coffee at Paradeco Coffee Roasters which is actually located on the property, just a few minutes walk from our room.

Great view, great amenities, patio door security was not ok. Lock falling off door. Not safe. Refrigerator was not secure. Very tippy and door wouldn’t open without some manipulation. Otherwise things were good.

The room was okay. Not quite the same as what was listed but still decent enough. Curtains were old, torn and dingy. Bathroom was clean but super outdated. The highlight of our stay were the amenities such as the pool and beach - they were very nice! Fortunately this wasn’t a stay in our room type of trip or I wouldn’t have been impressed at all.

Such an outstanding hotel! The rooms was clean and modern with a mini fridge, desk, microwave, and such an amazing shower! The grounds were breathtaking with pristine pools while you have the view of Tampa Bay. They had a table where you can paint shells, a fire pit, games to play, pool toys were available for kids at the beach, they even had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies to enjoy in the lobby. This place was stunning and we will definitely be back!

We had reservations for the balcony, With courtyard view. It also overlooked majority of the bay and private beach. Unfortunately we only reserved for 1 night. Wish I had reserved for 2 so we could have had a full day to enjoy the resort. I would definitely like to come back.

Room was clean and very nice. Facilities were excellent. VRBO process needs clarity regarding the facilities fee! Add it to the room fee and quite trying to hide it. Also parking fee is unacceptable. Include it too!!! If you think you need to!
