A good and comfortable stay, friendly service. The gym and pool looked good although I didn't have time to use them during my overnight stay (the pool area wasn't yet open at 6.30 am). Amenities are especially good for a longer stay (laundry, kitchen).

Had trouble with about 7-8 room card keys not working. Could utilize the kitchen as the garbage disposal would not work and the sink would not drain. Had to eat out more than we wanted too.

The pics make it look better than actually is. Carpets and hardwoods dirty! My bare feet were black after 1hour of walking on them. It is dog friendly but for us not traveling with dogs, it was frustrating to hear dogs barking thru the night.

We reserve here because it was very affordable, it was very clean, small but cozy, our room was across the elevators so hear everything, our only complaint is that even it’s a non-smoking hotel, someone in there were smoking marijuana, and the smell was coming out to the hallway, even though that states no smoking people always trying to get away with their bad habits, but overall was nice and close to what we needed. Thanks

Clearwater FL, location was sketch

Staff ere professional, rooms were adequate, and overall service was great. Other than the fact it was in a sketchy part of town. Woke up at 5am to the sheriffs department banging on the door bc of a report of a woman getting beat to death on the second floor. Not a good way to start the morning but it is what it is. Police searched the room, found nothing and went door to door. Opened the window for some fresh air and had guys outside smoking pot blasting music. It’s a sketchy neighborhood in St Pete but it is what it is. Lock your doors and don’t talk to anyone.
