The Pineapple Bungalow St Pete!

Relax with the whole family at our Florida Bungalow in St Pete! This home has been updated with colorful and fun vintage touches. The Bungalow features a large screened porch where you can enjoy cool evenings. Just a few blocks away, you can catch the Central Ave Trolley or try our new High Speed Bus, The Sunrunner. Your well behaved dogs are welcome to join you at the Pineapple Bungalow. (Pet fee of $75 for up to two dogs may be charged separately)

You will love the brick-lined streets and the cool, shady areas for walking. Great place to walk the dog (and check out everyone else's tropical yard). Literally anything grows here. Please note that the Bungalow faces the street, with a small cottage located behind the bungalow. Each has a separate yard, parking and laundry.

Artsy Gulfport is only 10 minutes away, and so are the beaches.

There is a trolley that goes East/West on Central Ave. It will take you to the museums, galleries, shops and restaurants to the East and hooks up with other trolleys downtown. West on the trolley for 5 miles takes you to Treasure Island, where you can take the Beach Trolley to any of the beaches! For reference, the Avenues run East & West, and Streets run North & South.

- Only confirmed guests are allowed on the property.

- Valid Driver's license or Passport is required to gain access.
- Exterior security cameras are for management purposes only.
- Please refrain from frying fish or cooking other pungent foods during your stay.
- No smoking policy is strictly enforced: A Fee of $300 will be assessed if a smell of smoke of any kind is detected inside the condo upon departure.
- Late check out for longer than 15 minutes without permission will result in a fee of 1/2 the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.
