The property is well located but the room we were given was extremely dirty, there were cockroaches in the living room and the kitchen. It was noisy and one of the employees was yelling at one of the guest. People were smoking outside of our door. We took videos of the cockroaches and when I showed it to a staff member she said it was strange because they get exterminators often and that she could not believe it.

Staff was very friendly and hospitable at check in and check out. Room was baldly in need of updating and looked quite neglected. Bath mat rug was stained. Linens did smell fresh with bleach even though slightly stained. Shower was hard to work with to figure out why shower head would not put out much at all of water, once it was figured out , it was still poor un-maintained bathroom fixtures, including shower system.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Did not receive a room in any of the pictures. The room was from like 1980 and never touched, except maybe the paint on the bathtub that was chipped away. Old tube tv pushed in the corner. The blinds ripped off. The couches in the room were the faux leather and all pealing apart and had very worn out cushions. Cots as beds with thin mattress. Smelled really funky.. property was filled with crackheads and hookers. So if that sounds nice you’ll love it. I walked into the room and texted Expedia ( because there’s no number you can talk to anyone) that the room is gross and I felt unsafe there, they said they had to talk to the property owner for refund. So then I contacted the property manager and they got a hold of the owner and I said I didn’t want to stay there. They said they’d refund my money through Expedia. I reserved the room for 5 nights. I turned in the key right away and left, didn’t even stay in the room more than 5 minutes. And of course the property didn’t answer when Expedia called them. I guess they tried for 48 hours. So Expedia said they couldn’t refund my money because they couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the property. So how is this property on Expedia? I would not be using Expedia or their sister companies anymore. And all these 10/10 reviews are from crackheads or hookers that get to stay there. And if you stay here you might not even get a room that’s in there pictures.
