Egret on kaunis toisessa kerroksessa mökki noin 700 neliömetrin tilaa. Hiljattain täysin uusittu ja uudelleen sisustettu näkymät lahdelle Great Room. Keittiö sijaitsee graniitti työtasot kaikki uuden ruostumattoman teräksen laitteet. Syö-counter paikkaa 4. Myös Great Room on ruokapöytä, kortin pöytä, Futon, (nukkuu 2), mukava tuoli lounging ja 40 "taulutelevisio. Makuuhuone on kevyt ja ilmava näkymä kuilu, ja sisältää queen-vuode ja 32 "taulutelevisio. Mökki 4 vuodepaikkaa. Kylpyhuoneessa on travertiini stand up suihku. Toisessa kerroksessa on parveke ja lasku yksityisille istua ulkona ja maanpinnan tasolla puoliksi yksityinen patio grillaamiseen ja ruokailu. Yksityinen pesukone / kuivaaja sijaitsevat pohjakerroksessa. Kaikki vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet, keittiö kodinkoneet ja astiat sekä ranta tuolit ja rantaleluja ovat käytettävissäsi. Off street pysäköinti yhdelle autolle on myös saatavilla.
Tämä mökki sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta St. Petersburg - Clearwater Beaches. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

The kitchen is beautiful and offered everything we have in our own home. Providing so many things that duplicate what we all have in a home was comforting. We loved everything about the fully stocked kitchen with any appliance you would need. And, we had a view from the kitchen window that allowed us to see what the Gulf was doing each day. This place satisfied my husband and me and our 'Chester', small dog, very much. The decor, linens, amenities, convenience of location, and owner's desire to make everything well with the customer was much appreciated. No one should second guess staying here, whether you are alone, a couple, with kids, and a good pet. Everything provided. Enjoy by booking it! Super easy walk to an absolute beautiful beach - even the dog beach is just as beautiful. Chester made 2 good friends! Dogs rule!

Loved the Upstairs unit with Fully equipped kitchen, clean, comfortable bed. Very spacious for a one bedroom for me and my husband.:).they have thought of everything here :) I love the private deck walking to restaurant and bars and convenience store:) . Obviously would rent here again since we have stayed here two times within 6 months:)

Great beach property

My family throughly enjoyed our stay. Location can't be beat as it's literally steps to the white sands of Clearwater Beach. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area of Clearwater.

The cottage was very quiet peachful and well located. The property provides all the needs of someone on vacation, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and board games. You walk outside and the beach is right there. A great small pizza place right across the street. A short 10 minute walk to local restaurants and bars. We loved staying there and will be coming back.

Wonderful Time at Clearwater!

Our visit at Egret Cottage on Clearwater went so well! Cottage had everything we needed - comfortable and convenient with easy walk to beach and short walk or ride to great restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was well equipped. Living room area, bedroom and bathroom were perfectly setup for the beach. Our pet was welcome and loved the beach. We hope to return in the future for another very enjoyable visit!

Cozy & Quiet

Exactly as pictured. Very cozy & clean. Easy communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay but really appreciate accuracy, so as not to be disappointed. We knew the cottage was not ON the beach, but we did expect an ocean view as stated. You only see other rooftops and parking lots. And although there is parking for each unit, those in the front of the alleyway cannot get out, so it creates a little tension. We had someone banging on our door late at night because they couldn’t get out. We weren’t even parked there. Maybe some kind of visual sign the guest could put in the windshield would help. We really lucked out by being able to park on the other side of the building completely, since no one was in that unit..

Great beach cottage

This was our 2nd time staying at the Egret cottage and we had a lovely stay. House is just as it’s pictured. Clean and comfortable. The location is great. Close to the beach yet away from the crowds.

Beach Getaway

The property was as listed, close to the beach, restaurants, and nice kitchen. I saw dolphins from the kitchen window one morning. Beach chairs, toys, and a wagon were provided. The street is listed as a stop on the trolley route, but you may need to flag down the trolley as this stop is not marked on the street. We also walked from here North to Caladesi Island one morning. You do have to navigate thru some mangroves to get there and is about 2 1/2 miles one way. Take sunblock! We also took advantage of the public pool a couple blocks away for a few dollars per person. Overall great stay at the beach.

Perfect last minute trip!

I was looking for a very last minute trip for my family of 4 plus doggie to Clearwater over the long 4th of July weekend and couldn’t believe this gem was still available. We are fairly local so I booked the day we wanted to leave and the Owner was SO accommodating with all of our requests (we had a lot!). She really went above and beyond. Great communication the entire time. This property is unique and owned and managed by a family which gave it a great vibe. Everyone was so friendly! It was the perfect space for a small family with little kids or would be even better for a couple. The place is nicer than the pictures. The location was perfect - great spot on the beach, but out of the busiest area - and we were able to walk with our kids (5yo, 3yo) everywhere for dinner. We didn't get in our car for 3 days! It’s close to the dog beach so our yorkie got to join us each evening for sunsets on the beach. One thing that was unusually handy in the condo was a lot of hooks for hanging suits etc throughout. I’ve been to a lot of beach rentals and this was a really great and thoughtful perk! The bed was comfortable enough and our kids enjoyed the ikea pull out. It was middle of summer and the a/c had a hard time keeping up, but this was not a problem for us (could be for others). Great kitchen for cooking breakfast, nice shower (great for kids). The w/d was outside the unit which would have been inconvenient on a longer trip. But all around a great time! Thanks!!

Great location

The Egret cottage is perfect for a romantic couples getaway. Super close to the beach and just a few blocks from some really good restaurants and bars. A little bit of a walk to the main downtown but totally doable. Having a dedicated parking space is a really nice feature. Pics were true to what you get. Bed is a little on the hard side. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

A wonderful get away!

We loved that the Egret was within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and loved even more it was so close to the beach. We had our dog with us and the area of the beach that allows dogs is only 2 short blocks down. The cottage was very homey and exactly what we were looking for!

We had an amazing week. This place is perfect. On the quieter part of Clearwater Beach, but close enough to walk everywhere. So clean, updated, and everything you need. I feel we were so lucky to stay here and would absolutely love to book this place again.
