From here, a convenient elevator whisks you up to the three levels of this meticulously updated retreat, where every detail sparkles with fresh, modern elegance.

On the first living level, an open-concept design welcomes you with a fully stocked kitchen that’s a chef’s dream, complete with gleaming appliances and everything you need to whip up a feast. • Dogs are allowed with non-refundable $100 fee/pup. Limit 2. No cats.
• Parking is available for 4 vehicles. Please do not block driveway that is shared with the house next door.
• Direct beach access, walk to Pier Village
• Private Elevator. Winding stairs are located outside the home (beach side). See note regarding elevators below.

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 4 Smart TVs located in this property. (Streaming Only- Guest must use their own accounts)
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
