The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Used towels can be placed on or in the washing machine. Please leave the beds unmade. Please dispose trash in the dumpster located at the entrance to the complex. Set thermostats to 78.
Turn off all TVs, lights, and the Golden Tee game. Place remotes near each TV. Do a final walk-through to ensure you have all personal belongings. Clean and return all beach gear to the garage.
Lock the front door and close the garage. Please place the key in the lockbox and the garage door opener in the basket on the counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I would highly recommend this condo. The host always responded to me promptly. We also liked the location. There was plenty of room in the condo for my family to spread out. The grounds were well-maintained and the pool was always clean.

The condo was very clean. Beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach items were available for our use. We had one small problem (probably our fault) and the owner responded immediately. Overall our stay was comfortable and fun.

The pet friendly unit is very spacious . 3 bedrooms . Wonderful master bath and shower . Loads of closet and storage space . The kitchen has every utensil needed to cook and eat meals. The lower level has a game room and a garage with an elevator. A nice pool is right outside . The beach is close and we loved the pier . But the best part was how easy it was to communicate with the owner . She answered every question quickly . If you are vacationing in the area this is a good choice for family stay
