Luxury Multi-Level Home Near Pier Village

Welcome to Southern Charm! This multi-level St. Simons home is perfectly located for walking to Pier Village, restaurants, and the Wyley Street beach access. At low tide, enjoy expansive tidal beaches and stunning southwesterly sunsets over the Sidney Lanier Bridge.

The home features multiple bedrooms and private entrances on the bottom level, including a king mother-in-law suite and a king guest room, each with ensuite bathrooms. The upper level has a king master suite, two full bedrooms (one with shared hall bath), and another full bedroom with ensuite bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped with double ovens, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig. Each bathroom includes a hair dryer. Enjoy family time in the spacious living areas or soak up the nearby beach and local attractions. Beach gear like chairs and towels are included.

Note: We are located just a few steps away from ocean front access, but please note that beach access is tide contingent. High tide occurs twice daily at varying times throughout the year, making the beach inaccessible.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.
Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

- No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general
- No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking groups
