This was a horrible experience. I was able to book & pay for this reservation online. Only to find out in the middle of our vacation that it wasn’t going to be available. This was our 2nd stop of our trip. The host had a cancellation for Saturday & was able to make the original booking work. Once arriving 2 the Ritz we were told Leah made it 2 separate bookings. Meaning we had one room for the first night & then had to switch to another room for the following night. This wouldn’t have been such a big deal or inconvenience if done correctly. But we were made to leave one room, leave our luggage with the bellman and wait until after 4pm to get into the next room. We had no access to our belongings, private bathroom or our toiletries. We were treated as if we had checked out from the hotel & were checking in again as new guest, which wasn’t the case. There was zero urgency to have us into our next room. Other guests who were arriving were given their rooms before us. We were the last ones “checked” back in. When I contacted the host, Leah about this issue I received no response. If she has responded it was hours later as I kept checking to see if she had. Most frustrating thing was when we asked to access our luggage with the bellman, it was already in the next room we were assigned. We were just not given access to the room yet. We were escorted to the room to access our luggage, while the attendant stood with the door open until we left b/c room wasn’t ready, this was @ 3pm
