We stayed for one night prior to departing home. The resort is in need of significant improvements. Staff were not friendly. Not really family friendly as we had 2 kids. Lots of swearing, smoking, etc. We ate 2 meals in the restaurant that was understaffed and very slow. The exercise room was worthless. The treadmill was not stable and rattled. The other equipment was rusty. No towels or cleaning products. Expected way more for our money. The only positive was the beach was nice. The pool was very dirty.

My King Suit looked and smelled GREAT! I had the French Toast for breakfast and I am FAT AND HAPPY! The staff was amazing and very accommodating. I will be back!

Staff was amazing, food and drinks were great! The room had bugs, also the heat didn’t work and the shower water wasn’t hot enough. The resort is cashless but they have no ATM on site which makes it difficult to pay for taxis and the taxi prices were different every day

The room is clean and mostly well put together. The entire property is a bit dated and tired from years of heavy use. This is a place you go for a modest cost and phenomenal beach. Food is good, drinks are good and the service is excellent. Bargain for what you get.

We arrived for the Paradise Jam November 2025, Before our check in at 4pm. They held our Luggage until it was time to get in our room. We ordered lunch, it was pretty busy so it was a little wait. But everything came out good 👍. Our rooms were clean and they kept us with towels and rags. It's literally 2min from the airport. Great view of the beach from our balcony. We also enjoyed our nighttime kitchen staff Lincoln, he was very attentive to us.

The bathroom was full of hair from the previous guests, not enough shampoo and shower gel. The floor was not clean. Terrible condition for a 4 star hotel!

The staff was excellent! The bed was very uncomfortable way too firm! And my biggest issue was nowhere to hang wet bath or beach towels and swimsuits. Would I stay there again? It’s gonna be a tough decision because of that bad my joints achef all night on that bed as compared to the Marriott and Limetree resorts I stayed in the night before and after that visit.

Slow internet speed, we were charged for breakfast even though we were guests of the hotel. When checking in myself and another party member with separate rooms were given keys to the same room and the hotel staff was very slow to resolve the issue.

resort was beautiful, drinks and food were DELICIOUS, bartenders and servers are very nice and attentive. Lincoln our server was very hospitable and very funny. Jetski rental is easy considering its right next to the resort on the beach, Randy, Adam, and John were extremely cool and fit us in last minute to rent the jetski. there is also this sweet cat that would come out at night, definitely enjoyed giving her some lovin (and our leftover food). the ONLY thing that makes this review 4 stars instead of 5 is there are these small ants in our room, especially in the bathroom. just a bit of a nuisance but other than that i would 100% stay here again!
