No restaurant onsite Even though it was advertised
The advertised the concierge to help with our wedding plans. We never received a call or email back from our requests.
Charged a resort fee without having resort amenities!
We requested maintenance on Monday and nobody came until Wednesday
We had cockroaches in our room
We ride the room was very warm and the AC did not seem like it was putting out enough cold air. They did move us to the another room and that room was much better at cooling.
There was no indication that the room was about 120 yards away from the parking area. There was no one to assist us with our bags. Both of us have issues with our knees and this was not expected. Nothing was mentioned that we would have to use steps to get to the room.
The bar was permanently closed.
Soda Machine did not work
The large patio shown for the deluxe villa is not what you get.
The electric GFCI outlet next to the sink did not work. They had connected a simple extension cord from the 1950's electrical outlet on the old-school light above the sink and lady on the counter to use instead of the proper outlet. This is not only a potential code violation but also a law suit waiting to happen if someone gets hurt. Take a photo.
When we played the hair dryer in and turned it on the light above the sink started to strobe.
Electrical code violation next to the ice machine with exposed wiring and no cover to the junction box.
