The property is beautiful and has everything you need. You really do not need to leave if you don’t want to. The staff was great. We ate at a few of the different restaurants and the food was excellent. Three great pools and their own large beach front give you something for everyone. I would definitely come back.

This is a very well kept property. Their staff is always working making sure things are in place and restocked. The views are incredible of the island. Our room was very nice with a balcony that we sat on several times a day. The restaurants on the property are very nice. We patronized Luna Mar quite often and our server Nicole was wonderful!! She was friendly, super professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the property and the island. Also the front desk staff Shanique was very friendly, helpful and nice. Her smile made me feel confident that I was in good hands!

Prices in resort store as well as the restaurants was very high. Food choices and things to do at the resort were limited. We had to take a cab most places. The prices for most cab rides was $18-$24.

The resort is beautiful and stunning location. The one area lacking was concierge services. When I asked about tours she said I should google Vaitor and look myself. She seemed very disinterested. Also housekeeping services were lacking I requested clean towels twice one day after housekeeping never cleaned my room and never received any clean towels

The customer service on this property is not reflective of the Westin brand. Everyone seemed very put out to do their JOB and it was if I was inconveniencing them to be there. Two doors down I had to listen to a couple screaming all night and had a photo shoot the next day with NO sleep. The resort fees are outrageous at $75 a day and there is nothing above average that warrants that kind of daily resort fee. I’m very disappointed at this resort. I will not be retiring

Housekeeping services are terrible. They either don’t clean your room or they would clean and not replenish coffee and towels.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would not spend extra to reserve "icean view" because that puts you in the harbor view side which has TERRIBLE ac... like it does not work at all and everyone i spoke to had same complaint. We also had hot water in the sink but none in the shower. Definitely not worth 500 a night plus 75 a day resort fees. The restaurants are great. We ate at Luna Mar, Shorebird and Sugarfin. All great.
