Very slow pace for staff & service. If there was an issue, it took days to be resolved. Dining options were great, but the menu was very limited. Hardly any seafood options, but a lot of beef & pork. Would like to see some kind of entertainment. The view from our room was below standard.

We had a great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The spa was lovely. There were plenty of choices for food, several pools and the beach, plus watersports and boat excursions. We had a great time!

The amenities are really good however the functionality of the room was sub par. We transferred to another room which was ok. The hassle of transferring was a bit much after they couldn’t fix a problem they knew existed prior to the stay. Staff was lovely and food was great.

I do not normally complain but as a Marriott Club Owner and Bon Voy member very disappointed.. good service few and far between .. my room overlooked a parking lot, the bathroom sliding door fell off track trapping my daughter in bathroom.. had to call 2x.. furniture was peeling, curtains were a mess. The maid didnt clean the bathroom or replace coffee when she came. My room was located on a floor with no elevator and we had to carry heavy bags up a flight of stairs. Honestly You cant make this up.. beautiful location and facilities but otherwise.. disaster. Wont be visiting there again

It was very expensive for what amenities that were available. The on site food was expensive and not good, service was good, too many added fees - group of six or more had a surcharge and auto gratuity of 20%!

I loved the hotel. We were given a room that is accessible enabled-but not quite accessible only. I appreciate that for those who are accessible the mirror in the room is lower to the ground. However… for those of us who aren’t. A full length mirror on any of the other hotel walls would be appreciated. It is my only complaint on an otherwise perfect stay

The first couple of days at this property were rough and something I had to get used to. It was common to wait up to 45 minutes for your food to arrive. And the food was meh. Also, the hotel was out of several items (specifically any breakfast sandwich in coffee shop and the green drink at the salt shack). After a couple of days I excepted that this was "island time" and I got less grumpy about the bad service. The other annoyance was the beach area. I am older but thankfully don't have mobility issues. If I did, I would have never been able to make it to the beach as the elevator was broken the entire week I was there. Getting to the beach required navigating steep steps. Once there the views are spectacular but the beach area is very small. I was excited to go on vacation and take walks on the beach every morning....but this was definitely not happening on this very small stretch. A walk on this beach takes 5 minutes. For a property to charge the amount of money that the Westin in St. Thomas does you have a level of expectation that you want things to be pretty great. Which they most definitely were not. Additionally, they have bogus charges on my card that I asked repeatedly to be removed. They are still there. On the pro side, the staff was incredibly friendly and they did their best. I feel sorry for them because they were constantly having to deal with unhappy customers. I saw it everyday in the lobby.
