The condo was essentially worn out from years of use and almost no refresh. There was no hot water, rather only limited lukewarm water, and there was only a trickle of water from the hot water side of the taps in the kitchen and bathrooms. One of the bathroom doors doesn't close, the drain in the one bathtub was unattached, the caulking in the bathrooms was thick from new applications but yet there were large gaps between the flooring and the tub. When new wall air conditioners were installed and the masonary ripped out, the new masonary was never painted leaving a grey cement. The TV comes with five different remote controls, so learning how to use the system was extremely time consuming as in the end, we figured out only two were required. There was no safe as listed in the description. The external door handle on the outside has a piece that simply hung on the door without being attached. The tiles on the floor were chipped and cracked and had lost the original seal such that it felt dirty to walk on them and in fact your feet became dirty from walking on the floors. I travel extensively and I have to stay in one and two star hotels in remote locations at times and this was a one star accomodation charging four star prices. The pictures and descriptions on VRBO did not show the condition of the condo that we stayed in and in fact they must have been from times past but definitely not today.
