Stayed for 2 nights. Solid hotel. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard and good. In and out self park for reasonable fee. Didn't get to use the pool or game room, so can't comment on those. Note that this hotel is a great for religious Jews - kosher restaurant, key locks on the room doors for Shabbat, Shabbat friendly lights in the room, a shul, a mikvah.

Have to walk a mile to your room, with long hallways and turns. With two tvs in the room there was no remote and due to the time we we called we had to change rooms completely. Rooms are not soundproof as they claim.

Horrible experience. Unfortunately, I did not check the reviews before arriving. Front desk is unprofessional, rude and incompetent. The place is a“fancy” one star motel. If they put you in the rooms that were used by the old hotel it will be cold and seems that nothing has been used or changed in years. Had to change my room twice because the room was cold, bath/shower bottles were broken and tv did not have volume. Also, good luck finding your room it’s basically a maze and no adequate room signs. Imagine having to experience that after a long day traveling. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere!!!

The room was clean, but it was missing toilet paper. The shampoo was empty and the tv in one of the bedrooms was not working. The hotel is close to many stores and restaurants.

The room was all right. The breakfast was disgusting. No supervision and food was laid out and slapped all over the counter. No toaster for the bagels. The coffee was instant with coffee stained spoons all over the counter. I am sure you can do much better!

Breakfast was good, if only cold apart from the coffee and some scrambled eggs. But good choice of fruits and vegetables. Some staff at reception desk need to be a lot more engaging with the costumers, jawning I'm my face whilst talking to me just isn't on. Also, no apologies for having our keys deactivated halfway through the stay. Buy overall a good hotel.

You mostly get what you pay for. The rooms are overall fine, but there are lots of mostly minor maintenance issues. In our stay: bathroom door hinge falling away from jam, bathroom door lock removed to compensate, couch had piece of sharp metal sticking out that caught and snagged my pants, the heater air cycled on for 30 sec then off for 3 min over and over, half of the elevator button lights didn't work. The front desk staff were OK, but not always available.

The rooms are very dated as is the hotel lots of noise until about 3 AM. Not sure how people gave five out of five stars reasonably priced, but you’re really not getting a quality hotel and no real coffee at the buffet. It was taster’s choice grinds that you mix with hot water. I haven’t seen that for decades.
