I was very disappointed to find out only after i checked in that the pool was out of order. I specifically booked this property because of the pool. I spoke to the front desk and they told me that it was shared with the 3rd party company (expedia) but it is not listed there when i booked.

They almost wouldn’t let me check-in saying it was too late to check-in. I was stuck in an ice-storm and a two hour drive took 8 hours. Their check-in says “anytime” so I’m not sure how they could have done that. Luckily, they figured it out.. after 20 minutes of me falling asleep at the front desk.

Thin walls (literally heard people all night from all sides of my room it seemed) a lot of updates need to happen in the rooms, night stand was not sturdy, sink was slow and loud to drain, not great circulation in gym area. One guest was going to the hospital in the -AM and wanted to be close.neither had heard of a 20$ parking fee. There was a toilet plunger outside the room next door and the shower did not drain while we were there
