The spacious living and dining area of 50 m2 serves as the heart of the property, featuring a sofabed measuring 80 cm by 210 cm, making it a versatile space for relaxation and socialising. From this room, you have direct access to one of the 2 covered terraces, each measuring 25 m2, where terrace furniture and deck chairs are provided alongside a pleasant view of the swimming pool. The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and are equipped with a flat-screen television and air conditioning for your comfort. The third bedroom contains a single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and is fitted with a fan. Please note that access to this third bedroom is available only from outside the property. The open-plan kitchen is thoughtfully equipped and connects to an exit leading directly to the swimming pool area. The property includes 1 shower room with WC.
