No Saturday check-in/out. No on-site weddings, fraternities, college groups, pets. Holidays a minimum 3 or 4 Night stay. No outside noise 10pm-9 am.
MAX 2 Guests. IF MORE THAN 2 GUESTS OR PETS AT ANY TIME, YOU WILL BE IMMEDIATELY EVICTED W/O REFUND NO EXCEPTIONS. We do NOT refund or switch dates.
