I stayed at this property for one night as I had an early flight the next morning. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who managed to check me and attend to my precheck in request. The room its self was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, great view over the airport to watch planes if you like that and a fantastic free breakfast. The female member of staff cleaning in the breakfast room (I can’t remember your name sorry) was very friendly and a pleasure to talk with.

Great location for Stansted Airport. Very clean, attentive staff. Really noisy A/C fan in our room - so asked to move and all done in 10 minutes. So from bad to good. Breakfast included.

Maintenance required

Arrived just after midnight to a prepaid room but was kept waiting and a supervisor called to check which room ?. AC faulty room quite warm. Handle on bathroom door just pulls off.
