Our room was freshly redecorated and on the 6th floor which had all new carpets in the hallway. Staff friendly the only thing that let the hotel down was the breakfast. We have been using this hotel for many years and notice which we blame the economic climate for that the hot breakfast is greatly reduced. No tomatoes mushrooms or fried eggs. Scrambled eggs are dry when I asked if I could have a poached egg the answer was no. The food was not very warm not to to the standard that we use to have.

Staff feels impersonal but could be expected at an airport. Room was dated, the sink was clogged and ended having water all over the floor, desk light was not working and the doors of the mains TV unit furniture were not properly attached and one fell on my foot. Restaurant was terrible for the service, very slow and the one who seemed to be the manager was short of rude at times. I asked for whole milk to give to my baby and was given some however in the morning the staff told me they don't have whole milk at the hotel!!!so I had been lied to the night before! It they had said I would bought milk from the airport for my daughter. Really disappointed with the stay despite being a Hilton hotel

Really nice hotel, rooms were lovely , staff very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good, starting at 4am was perfect for us. It is a good 5 minute walk from the terminal which on a cold February morning wasn’t pleasant but ok. The other odd thing was the shower was warm , not hot but the water from the sink was hot. Not pleasant having a shower in warm water in February but other than that would stay again

Very clean room, supportive bed mattress, quick check-in and check-out services, nice breakfast from 4am, 5 minutes indoor walk to the airport. Ideal for early morning flight. Only con is that parking at the hotel costs £25, which wasn’t clearly indicated on the hotel website.

Nice big room, it would be nice if they would add some bottles of water in the room. Really nice breakfast and the fact that is included in the price. Price wise it wish the prices would be more cheaper as you can stay in other hotels near the area for half of the price.

Quick, friendly & professional check in. Room was spotless, and the new style is gorgeous!! Bed exceptionally comfy (as always) Everything was there, that I needed. Breakfast was perfect - shame I couldn't stay here longer, but was only an overnight booking. Would definitely stay here again.
