The holiday flat is located in a house built in 2008 and is furnished in the typical local style and in a functional manner. The property is situated in a residential area, in the village centre. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. For exclusive use are available: garden furniture.

Starigrad-Paklenica. The holiday apartement is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 250 m). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a garage and on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Disinfectant and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.
