Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem 1980 erbauten Apartementhaus, wurde im Jahr 2023 renoviert und ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt in einem Wohngebiet, am Ortsrand. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Panorama und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Bei diesem Ferienobjekt handelt es sich um eine familienfreundliche und romatische Unterkunft. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Grillmöglichkeit.

The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted, length 150 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the street in front of the house and a car park in the village (distance 10 m).
