Overall it was a nice stay. The room was very clean. The bar staff especially Roy, was very good and exceeded expectations but the bar closed way too early. I found out that each room was not equipt with a microwave but only one could be found on each floor which was a very long walk from our room. I would suggest that if you do not want to place on in the rooms at least place more in strategic areas on the floors. Like at the end and middle of each hallway. Also the pool water could have been a little bit warmer than it was. The staff was helpful with the issue with the heat in my room and it was solved quickly. I would also try to at least have your cleaning staff understand simple English to help better communication with guests

We didnt have maid service. Then when leaving for dinner I asked if soneone can do maid service and provide fresh towels. No one did a thing and we ended up having to call again. Resturant Breakfast hours ar not convenient. We like to get up and go down for breakfast with out having to rush. Sunday we went down apparently they stop service breakfast at 930 because they having a brunch at 10. We were literally3 minutes past and could use the convenients of our hotel to eat. Need better breakfast hours. Tben we were woke by very loud talking of the maid staff outside the door. It wasnt quiet.

Overall the stay was fine and we would stay here agin. However, the toilet seat was broken and kept falling off, the pillows were overstuffed and difficult to sleep on, and there was a wet spot on the floor that we could figure out.

The hotel is awesome. Very clean and lovely. Great staff. We enjoyed the lounge and bartender. Great food & drinks. The only thing I did not like was that the bath-tub had rust on it. The old tub was not replaced when the renovations were done. It also backed up a little when showering and gunk came out of the drain in tub.

I’m sharing a few things about my stay at the Penn Stater. I’ve stayed at the hotel several times previously. Ironically, the room I was assigned on this stay (#487) is my favorite room type to date and upon arrival I thought to note that for future reference. HOWEVER… shortly after arriving we realized that our TV was not functioning properly (no signal). I called the desk and a very kind man came to try to get it working. He was unable to and said he’d send someone else. Nobody ever arrived. It’s ok I used my iPad. On Saturday am we left for the day. We can back at 5pm for a quick shower. Housekeeping had not serviced our room and in my way out, I stopped at the front desk to ask if they could have housekeeping stop by with towels. They said “of course”. Housekeeping never arrived. There were also a few things wrong with our room: the bathroom door does not close properly and therefore cannot lock. The security lock on the room door was also not functional. Those last two things I bring to your attention for future guests - I did not mention them to the staff. Nor did I mention that the vending machine on our floor was out of order. The housekeeping and TV issues, again, were ignored. FYI. Thanks
