In the winter, the Skier Express gondola provides easy access to Heavenly Mountain’s Stagecoach Chairlift. During the summer, world-famous hiking and biking trails are only a few minutes from the front door, and just down the hill are Lake Tahoe’s beautiful beaches, boating, paddle boarding, and kayaking! There is something here for everybody

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: Fully-refundable damage deposit: $115 USD.
• Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee of $39 is required and includes parking, access to indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hot tub, on-property activities, indoor courts, and in-room DVDs with players.
• Room taxes and Douglas County tax apply and typically total $5 or more per night.

Important Information

• Dive into the pools on-site - the outdoor pool is seasonal
• Mini golf is only open during the summer season.
• Please note that there is no air-conditioning
• At check-in, you will receive a unit with the same specs as the images shown. However, the actual decor, view, and furniture layout may differ. If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.
• Ski rentals are not available on-site, but guests are provided a Heavenly Coupon to avail discounted rates for rentals at Heavenly Mountain. The guest will scan a QR code from the coupon to book online.
