This condo is located in close proximity to the Stagecoach Lift at Heavenly Ski Resort and offers sweeping views of Carson Valley.

The condo features two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This layout works well for shared stays, offering privacy and easy access for everyone. Both bedrooms are designed with rest in mind, providing a peaceful night’s sleep after a full day of adventure.
Located just minutes from Lake Tahoe, world class skiing and snowboarding, hiking trails, golf, dining, shopping, and casinos, this home puts you close to everything while still offering a quiet place to recharge. - There are only two beds. There is a queen air mattress for two additional guests to utilize within the space
- Ski locker at base of stairs
- Washer and dryer are located inside the home for guest use
- Parking for up to three vehicles is available in the main HOA parking lot. Parking passes are provided inside the unit
- The condo is accessed by approximately five flights of stairs. Please consider this carefully if stairs may be a challenge for anyone in your group
- Do not park up the hill, as this area is designated as a fire lane and must remain clear at all times
- Snow removal for stairs and walkways is handled by the HOA during storm events only
