This family-friendly condo is the perfect home base for a Steamboat Springs getaway. You'll be just one mile south of the base area at Steamboat Ski Resort, with the shuttle to the slopes a few doors down at the corner of Balsam Court and Skyview Lane.

Featuring an open, split-level floor plan, this two-bedroom home has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Gather around the table for game night as the fireplace warms the room, or spend an afternoon on the deck taking in the surrounding mountain views. The bedrooms are all upstairs, providing privacy and rest after a day of fun with friends and family. You'll also enjoy access to the community's shared pool and hot tub!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
