Rooms for two need two relaxing, sitting chairs, not just one. Heat was not always adjustable but opening the outside door a crack at night helped. Extra charge for limited exercise facility is excessive. Reading lighting at bedside needs a switch closer to bed to alleviate getting out of bed to turn light on and off.

Old school ski lodge vibe with modern style and amenities. Ideal Ski in ski out location. Fitness center and outdoor hot tub and heated pool dated but excellent.

Handy!

Loved the convince of walking to the gondola and the base area for dining and not having to move the car for the entire trip. Loved the bartenders dog that was the resident Corgi in the front lobby, so sweet. If my dog was better at traveling I would most definitely bring her. Lots of happy pet owners.

We loved the location! Just steps away from the slopes! The staff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaints are the noise level at night (we traveled with small children) and the time it took for our room to be available at check in. All in all we would stay there again.

Overall we enjoyed the property. However, a few comments: (1) It was advertised as ski-in/ski-out, but that’s was misleading. When you try to ski-out, you only get about 200 feet or so and then you have to take skis off to go down stairs and walk around sidewalk to get back on the slopes for any chair or gondola. (2) We reserved the “slopeside gnarnia” room, but it was not actually slope side… we did see the small children’s teaching area out our window which was adorable but not what one typically thinks of as “slopeside”. (3) The water refill station was only available about half the time, it required manually refilling and was often empty. Overall I’d say still a great stay, just a couple things to be aware of to have accurate expectations.

The towels in the bathroom were never fresh and clean. I was also disappointed that the ski lockers that were littered around the entire hotel were not available to guests. You needed a membership to access this. I find this very strange that guests at a ski in ski out hotel didn't have direct access to ski lockers. This made me feel unwelcome. Overall, the hotel and rooms seemed very old and out of date.

The convenience and location are great but I’ve never stayed in a more filthy hotel. Room was barely cleaned. Sheets and towels were stained. Dirty towels left on the floor were folded and hung back up instead of swapping out for clean ones. Really disappointed in the accommodations.
