I most appreciated the friendliness of the staff. Upon my arrival to Washington D.C., I contacted the hotel staff to coordinate pick up via the Airport shuttle. I found the staff to be particularly lovely! I would recommend this for short stays!

Room and staff were fine just the parking lot was confusing. And I received a ticket from Hyatt for $15. If there were better signage i would not have parked there also they should do a color system or something to help people that have not been here before!!! Double check your parking folks!!!
