Enjoy easy access to all things OK State from this perfectly located home right at the edge of Greek Row. The Walnut House is situated just a few blocks from the gorgeous Theta Pond! You’ll be right at the edge of all the energy the OSU campus has to offer! However, it is an easy escape inside to catch your breath! The house itself is precious! It is relaxing and romantic.

When outside the house, there is so much to do in this area! The best boutique shops, The Strip, Eskimo Joes, The OG Hideaway Pizza, Theta Pond, the Student Union, the OSU Library, Boone Pickens Stadium, tailgating, when we lived in this house, we walked to all these places! Like most universities, parking is tough! So walking is key. However, unlike most places in the area, the Walnut House has driveway space for 3 full size SUVs & 1st come/1st serve FREE parallel parking spots along Walnut Street!

Walked too much? Done with your day? The excitement of the big win wear you out? No problem! Shower up or soak in that deep old original tub. Grab a snack, make a hot tea, snuggle in, watch TV or surf social media on our fiber internet. Once your ready to crash the amenities keep going! The entire front part of the house has blackout curtains, white noise machines, nice mattresses, bedding, and pillows in each bedroom to ensure a great night’s sleep no matter how lively the campus is!

This house is to cute and very well appointed. The location is fantastic if you are visiting OSU. The campus is easily within walking distance and very close to all the Greek houses. Scott and Rebecca are wonderful hosts. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot to stay while doing the Midsouth

The house was setup very well. Everything we needed was there and easy to find. It's close to OSU and all the activities of the Midsouth. We found the neighborhood to be relaxed and quiet. the hosts did a fantastic job of staying in touch through a crazy weekend. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.
