The customer service was above and beyond our expectations. We didn't know we needed an adapter for the electrical outlets, and the front desk receptionist helped us by letting us borrow one. Then, she also provider an extra room heater for us as well as answering many questions we had regarding food and places to visit. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for the 6 days we were there.

Had a breakfast option and there was also the independent Wildflower cafe opposite the hotel offering great food too.
