Staff was very friendly. The property is a little dated. 1970 ish. No individual heat control in the room, just a fan and a portable radiator. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Buffet had usual choices expected. Price is reasonable . Buxton Rd is quite busy but did not intrude.

Room was comfortable hotel parking and location excellent hotel would benefit from redecoration/upgrade as it is looking tired in parts overall excellent value for money last night spoiled by noisy neighbours running around shouting and slamming doors

Had a nice experience. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice. Shame the restaurant wasnt open as i didnt really want to go out. Only issue was some of the lights didnt work in the bedroom area.

Lovely old property and my room was great for the money. One small thing it didn't have a USB socket. This would not normally be a problem because I'd pack an adaptor, but this was an unplanned stay over.

We enjoyed our stay here. Parking was a big benefit and the breakfast was wonderful. We slept comfortably and had great interactions with the staff. The place has older decor, but that was not an issue for us. Would recommend!
