My first room was clean except for the bathroom. The toilet had excrement on the seat. The front office was nice until I asked them to clean the room. Once I mentioned it, they asked me why it took so long to report it. There was no one to clean it so they switch my room. AC was a blast. lol hot tub, steam room were amazing. Sauna was not working properly.

Front desk was fine and helpful. First room was dirty, stained sheets and dirty furniture. Asked for a room change and it was cleaner, it still a few spots on the sheets. But did not have shampoo stocked in the bathroom, had only conditioner in both bottles. It was very ok,just ok. We needed up leaving for an emergency but will probably not stay again

Room was in good condition, other then a large hole in closet door with aluminum duct tape on it. Breakfast was less then expected, while I didnt anticipate much, was hopeful for the standard scrambled eggs, a bagel, or something similar. All that was available was juice, coffee, and toast or a waffle. Fridge that usually has butter, cream cheese, etc was empty.
