Really, no communication with staff. They offer kiosks for checkin however no receipt was provided. Also no microwaves in the rooms, however 1 shared microwave available on each floor. Cash was not accepted anywhere inside the resort. Build a bear cashier was a bit rude about it. Family did enjoy the Waterpark and the overall stay.

This place was a lot of fun. We brought our 16 year old but realized its really better for younger kids. Our teenager and their friend had fun, but the whole water park is aimed at young ones. I bet 10-14 is prime age. Food was fine, and there's a plaza nearby for when you want to get off property for other food. Love the wristbands that allowed for room charges and acted as the door card. So easy to not have to carry a wallet.
