Felt a little uneasy about the area I feel they falsely advertised the "property amenities".. there was no restaurants, bars, deli or anything else on the property. There was only a couple bldgs that were all rooms. They provided a list of restaurants and claimed those to be the restaurants advertised as property amenities instead of stating there are several restaurants in the surrounding areas like they stated the different sites in the area. There was waterfront view if you were on the 3rd floor of the riverfront, and there was some kind of festival going on playing all kinds of tribal or african decent music into the night. They exaggerated the room description claiming the flimsy simmons mattress as a simmons sleep number bed, the rai g or wzterfall hydro-massaging shower head was a regular shower head with 2 spraying selections-full shower spray and smaller close falling harder spray. The pool closes at 8 pm. I was very disappointed in the room and hotel as I was expecting much more than it was. It was efficient for the 1 night I stayed but overpriced for what i got compared to what i read about it. I wish I would have opted for the cheaper hotel because it provided the basic accommodations I ended up with here and it also had free breakfast. Oh well .live and learn.

Riffraff next door. Domestic violence happening and security did nothing. Noise lasted from 11pm until 5 am. I called front desk twice. Cops showed up. I got no sleep and the manager said he can’t do anything about it because it’s a weekend. Mind you it was Thursday. Do not stay at the riffraff hotel unless you carry a gun lol

Some contractors working above my room hammering n moving furniture I call st midnight to report the noise did not stop till 2am front fest says it’s occupied with customers but sounds like 2 or more people talking and constantly moving furnitures

Terrible place to stay. I’m currently here and unfortunately already paid for another night. I stayed up all night due to a domestic violence issue next door that security refused to break up. Starting at 11pm until 4am when the cops got here the cops are still here. The owner refuses to compensate for the night or move us because “it’s a weekend” wth does Thursday have to do with you moving me and compensating me for staying up all night. Front manager is unprofessional and rude. I’m staying here for work and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Do not stay in this riffraff hotel

Their pillows were not adequate had to ask for more. The so-called comforter was really really thin and had cigarette holes all in it. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The one thing I did not care for was being put on the third floor. Especially because I had two little dogs that I take to use the restroom often.

Overwhelming Smell of Bleach!

We checked in at 6 pm. The room smelled like a gallon of bleach had been pored on the floor. It irritated our eyes and lungs, and felt toxic. We went to dinner, then came back at 8:30 pm and the smell was just as strong. So we checked out that night and had to pay for another hotel for the night.

Outside property has an issue with animal matter. Smells like cat urine and feces at back of property near elevator. Inside the unit is very clean, but seems as though they don’t do the best sweeping/vacuuming job. There was tons of shedded hairs throughout the bedroom and bathroom areas. TV options very limited opposed to other properties I’ve been to. And it would glitch and turn to this Assyriavision channel randomly while you were watching. Wasn’t quite sure about that. Aside from that, it was a decent stay.

I was really disappointed by this hotel. The bedding is terrible the mattress not good at all., It’s really a thin mattress on a platform so you like lying on a board pillows were very flat. The bathroom looks like it’s full of mold and mildew that they keep trying to cover up with like spray foam. I would not recommend staying here.

The property itself and rooms were decent close to downtown locations as we needed to attend an event at the Bob. Hope Theatre. They environments of homelessness was real didn’t feel safe down there, but overall it’s what I was looking for as far as location close to our events.
