This spacious attic holiday apartment on the idyllic Pelješac peninsula in Žuljana offers the perfect retreat for families or groups of up to six people, with approximately 80 m² of living space and a 30 m² terrace with a magnificent sea view. Located only about 100 metres from the crystal-clear sea and a well-maintained pebble beach, this apartment combines relaxation, comfort, and a dreamlike location.



The light-flooded accommodation offers two spacious bedrooms, each with a double and a single bed, a cosy living area with SAT TV and Blu-ray player, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and dining table. The modern bathroom with shower completes the room offering. The large, partially covered terrace invites you to have breakfast or relax with a sea view, table and chairs.



For pleasant temperatures, air conditioning and heating are provided. WiFi is available free of charge. Bed linen and towels are included in the stay. For guests arriving by car, a private parking space is available directly at the house.
