Perfect apartment for our family!

My husband and I and our two kids (5 and 8) stayed here during an Iowa road trip. The apartment was exactly as listed- clean, spacious, updated, and adorably decorated. Location was great. The furniture in the apartment was really nice. They also had the majority of amenities and items you would need. The only drawback was that the air conditioning didn't reach any of the rooms, so they were a bit hot at night. Erin was very responsive to questions/check -in.

The Cutest little place

Convenient and Adorable

My family and I stayed in Erin’s rental for a trip to Kings Pointe and Okoboji. It was perfect! The space was clean, checkin was simple, ample electrical outlets, and space to move around. We loved the location and everything about this 3 bedroom stay! Beautifully furnished! Great space for us to hang out together with extended family we were visiting in town. Location is great for dining out, shopping or even a movie. All just steps away in this neat downtown area. A short drive to the lake and picnic areas. Excellent hosts! Perfect place

Stayed here for two days while working in town. Apartment fit my group perfectly. The location is about as good as you can get with restaurants and stores within walking distance. Place was clean and really well kept. Renters brother was doin some maintenance in the building below and was very friendly and helpful as well. Can’t think of one negative thing to say. Would 100 percent stay again.
