Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. This super cute two bedroom condo is seven minutes to Stowe mountain Resort, across the street from the Alchemist and an easy walking distance to many of Stowes favorite restaurants. It is right off the mountain rd. A elevated, spacious deck for relaxing after a long day of exploring Stowe. You will be sure to enjoy this awesome space with your group.



-Water disclosure:

On April 10, 2024, the EPA updated PFAS limits, prompting Vermont to issue a “Do Not Drink” order for tap water at Mountainside Resort. Avoid using tap water for drinking, cooking or any consumptive use; bathing and washing clothes are safe.

This notice is still in effect as of February 2024. Please note, current tests show PFAS levels below the regulated limit, but we are still required to display this disclosure.

While we wait for the installation of the necessary filters, we are supplying a water cooler for our guests with bottled water for all drinking, cooking, and other consumption. Bottled water is also available at the pool center from 9AM to 9pm.


*Please be advised, Stowe is a mountain town and conditions can change rapidly. We always recommend snow tires or four wheel drive around town in the winter months.

Really looked beautiful in the photos but the place is very run down. Showers and sinks are rusty and just - no one wanted to shower in them. The rooms looked spacious but closets are packed with junk, few or no side tables, no where to put anything. The kitchen was the saving grace of the place and the dining area with the huge picture windows were nice. But I am so disappointed after this stay - not at all comfortable in the end.(wish i took photos of the showers - they were truly horrible).
